I set myself a challenge this year....... Bigger fairs, Teaching workshops, Bigger challenges, Working with more materials, Loads more stock and different items to make.
Its been tiring, but iv enjoyed every minute of it!
A massive thank you to all my friends and family that have supported me. Coming to the fairs and looking after the kiddies when needed. I wouldnt of been able to do this with out you.
Just wait and see whats planned for 2011!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
What a busy last few weeks! Here are a few things that iv managed to take photos of before they disappeared!
A snuggle pair of slippers for a friends daughter!
and a cosy pair for my friends birthday.
I must admit I'm exhausted. Now its time to put everything down and spend time with my family.
The tree is up!
Pressies are made and mostly wrapped! Just a few to do tonight. I'm going to pick up my bird tomorrow and start preparing the food for Christmas day and Boxing day.
I also have two very excited children waiting for the red coated and white bearded fellow to come. Hopefully Santa will take a little time tomorrow night to come round the village and say a quick HO-HO to them before they go to bed! Crossing my fingers that it wont be cancelled because of the ice and snow.
I dread to think what time they will wake up on Christmas day! There faces will be a picture.
I hope you all have a wonderful Festive Holiday xx

Catch up time!
Where do I start.......
I made a few things for The Contemporary Crafts Shopping Experience, which included this Blue Face Leicester hat and quite a few felted flowers.
Sorry theres no one wearing it. It sold before I could get round to getting a model.
Just one of the flowers.
The Exhibition was a great success and there were many people returning and buying from last year.
Iv been working working hard on my exhibition piece for the NEC next year. Unfortunately I cant post any photos of it yet as my lecturer wants to keep things a bit hush-hush until nearer the time. We have a great amount of work to do for the Fashion Embroidery and Stitch Exhibition and near-enough all the students are working towards it. As you may guess I'm working on two big pieces. I might tease you with some partial pictures later on.
I'm in print! Our Fashion Embroidery and Stitch Exhibition 2010 pieces were published in the Workbox Magazine this month.
"Ditzy Dorisena" on the first page right hand corner. Also a little piece on how she was made.
I'm now working on some final orders and then Christmas pressies. So ill talk to you soon.
