Going to be a busy weekend!

Iv just read what my daughters got for her homework this weekend and im going to be in my element! She needs to design and create a wacky racer for red nose day! I feel a paper mechi moment coming on! Oh what fun!! Ill put photos up when it is finished!

Race for Life 2009

Myself and a few friends are doing the Race for Life again on Sunday 12th July,at Weston Park, Leicester. Its especially important this year as one of our friends has died from Terminal Cancer in Jan. We also have some loved ones who have either died or have had cancer, this would be a great tribute to them.

Im Back Crafting Again!

Yes, it has been a long while since i featured something on my Blog! A certain little man tends to take up a lot of time at the moment.

So here we go!

My daughters school are doing the "do something funny for money" for the read nose day on the 13th March. She needs to go school in a costume that's funny! So last night i spent 3 hours....yes 3 hours sewing on 30 red circles on a old pair of jeans for her. I'm not to good at free hand sewing! It was worth the big hug this morning, when she saw them.

More soap!
They just need wrapping in my handmade paper and labeling. Just stocking up for the new session!

These are the soaps:
Zing! - Grapefruit, Lime, Melissa and Poppy seeds
Soothing – Lavender, Clary Sage, Patchouli and Petigrain, with Lavender buds
Nurturing – Geranium Bourbon and Mandarin, with a Rose bud
Sensitive – Lavender and Chamomile, with Calendula flower

Iv been making cards for a while now and I could actually say that I'm developing a style of my own now. Hear are a few which iv been making for my new website.



This is a piece of needle felting which I'm making into a picture for a friend. Ill put a picture on when its finished.... hopefully soon!

Sorry.... I do have good news!

Im really sorry for not keeping up with the blog last year. I have a big excuss though! This little man didnt come into the world straight forward. The pregnancy wasnt easy and afterwards was a nightmare. But we got there in the end.

So let me start again and say Happy New Year to you all!

CBB is making a new start with a website refurb. Im looking forward to set up shops on crafting internet shops this year.
So watch this space.
